      THE POSITION
      Our roster has an opening with your name on it

      The Tier 1 IT Service Desk Technician I will execute the deployment and sustained support operations for their assigned sportsbooks. They will be responsible for supporting Tier 1 projects and operations. Must have a basic understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. This role requires prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with basic digital communication skills (Emails, Internal Messaging, Live Chat). Duties for the IT Service Desk Technician will include responding quickly through live chat and providing courteous and professional customer service. Email communication for following up with Help and Incident tickets. You will often train users on the correct use of a product or help them do minor repairs on their own.

      THE GAME PLAN
      Everyone on our team has a part to play

      • Answer and troubleshoot Live chat requests from end-users experiencing IT-related issues
      • Interfaces internally with cross-functional teams and externally with vendors for procurement.
      • Support Tier 1 day-to-day IT Service Desk operations via Live Chat channels.
      • Learn and adapt to guide others on new tools and systems.
      • Educate others on fundamental knowledge management practices, policies, procedures, and tools.
      • Provide support for senior/C-Level leadership.
      • Maintain and develop IT ticketing system and standards.
      • Adhere to schedules and SLAs set for the team.

      THE STATS
      What we're looking for in our next teammate

      • 1 year of experience working in a Customer Support role
      • Live Chat Support experience desired.
      • Basic understanding of computers (both hardware and software)
      • Basic knowledge of enterprise applications, tools, and operating systems.
      • Excellent Typing dexterity.
      • Strong analytical capabilities and skills in structured problem-solving.
      • Deep sense of urgency and ability to identify and achieve quick wins.

      The applicable salary range for this position is $46,400 to $60,800 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
