      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a multi-year account acquisition strategy for assigned region/vertical
      - Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial contact through contract signature
      - Cultivate relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and industry influencers
      - Lead structured discovery to uncover employer pain points and design tailored solutions
      - Maintain accurate CRM documentation and provide reliable revenue forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of B2B sales experience with documented quota attainment in complex environments
      - 3+ years of experience selling to HR/benefits decision-makers in enterprise accounts
      - Proven track record of closing multiple deals with annual contract values of $100K+
      - Direct experience in healthcare/benefits sales, insurance/broker channel sales, or HR technology sales
      - Ability to travel approximately 30% and authorization to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Established network of benefits consultants, brokers, or enterprise contacts
      - Experience creating non-traditional pipeline sources and sophisticated territory strategies
      - Proven ability to adapt pitches for diverse stakeholders including CFOs and CHROs
      - Experience designing creative deal structures that overcome budget and timing obstacles
      - Collaborative mindset with a history of documenting deals comprehensively for cross-functional teams
