- Handle inbound calls from patients and clients professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and general support
- Listen actively and respond to patient concerns with empathy and patience
- Document all call interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
- Direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team or department
- Follow company call scripts, guidelines, and communication standards
- Meet daily call handling targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
