  Your resume will be reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition Team

  You resume will then be shared with hiring managers who are looking to Entry level talent.

  If selected, you will be contacted for by one of our Recruitment Coordinators to set up interviews. At this point in the process, you will be sent the job descriptions for the roles you are being considered.

  This is an opportunity for Entry Level candidates to join SMBC outside of our Campus Recruiting Program. Applicants will only be contacted if their resume is competitive for off-cycle entry level roles that present themselves throughout the year.

  Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Strong written and oral communications skills; excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, self-driven, and motivated
  • Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment
  • Comfort in and commitment to a strong teamwork environment
  • Knowledge of banking and prior internships at a bank or financial institution, a plus
