- BA/BS degree required
- Strong written and oral communications skills; excellent presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, self-driven, and motivated
- Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment
- Comfort in and commitment to a strong teamwork environment
- Knowledge of banking and prior internships at a bank or financial institution, a plus
