      Our Client, a Consumer Goods company, is looking for a Environmental Engineer for their Beech Island, SC location.

      Responsibilities:
      • Data entry, weekly inspections, and weekly validation of environmental checklists
      • Manage the disposition of solid waste and recyclable materials
      • Manage contractors for waste shipment and samples
      • Asset Owner for Recycle Balers
      • Waste and Recycling Program Owner (inspections, compliance reporting, DOT Shipping Papers, Waste Manifests)

      Requirements:
      • A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering preferred, but not required.
      • Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
      • 5 - 10 Years of Hazardous Waste, DOT and Waste Management experience.
      • Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements of EPA (Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act), South Carolina Department Environmental Services, Chemical management.
      • Areas of Expertise Hazardous Waste Management No 1 4 - 6 Year
