What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze workflows and technical issues associated with Epic software to enhance application functionality
- Develop and document project team procedures for implementing system changes
- Participate in training development and deliver sessions to end users
- Maintain communication with Epic representatives to ensure system alignment with organizational needs
- Provide end-user support during implementation, serving as an application expert
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
- Epic Module Certification as required by the position
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPHIMS certification
- Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field with four (4) years of relevant IT experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent with seven (7) years of related IT experience
- One (1) year of Epic build and/or support experience
