      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, analyze, and implement reporting process workflows to ensure end-users obtain necessary reports
      - Collaborate with management and clients to determine data requirements and presentation methods for meaningful analysis
      - Develop report specifications based on user requirements and ensure quality and accuracy in report development
      - Troubleshoot user issues and act as a point of escalation for complex multi-system problems
      - Establish and maintain standards for report development, ensuring consistency across implementations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology/Computer Science and/or clinical healthcare discipline, including report writing and analysis
      - Proficiency with Epic Cogito Tools and other report writer software
      - Epic Cogito Certification and extensive experience with Epic Reporting and Analytics
      - Strong communication, documentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Epic Clinical Data Model Certification
      - Experience with SlicerDicer model implementation/administration
      - Proficiency with Oracle/SQL and relational database concepts
      - User-focused design and data visualization skills
      - Demonstrated experience with analytics tools
