      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, build, analyze, test, and provide support for Epic's Reimbursement Contracts
      - Serve as the subject matter expert for Epic's Hospital Billing and Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts
      - Conduct regular system audits to ensure contract accuracy in expected reimbursements
      - Identify and reconcile payment variances discovered during audits
      - Communicate with payers and maintain up-to-date contract inventory and payer-plan master files

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
      - Epic certification in Hospital Billing and Professional Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration
      - Three (3) years of direct experience with Epic Contracts Reimbursements in Hospital Billing/Professional Billing
      - Strong understanding of medical terminology, claims billing, and both inpatient and outpatient coding
      - Proficiency in utilizing Epic reporting tools for in-depth underpayment analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five (5) years of applicable clinical or business experience, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare system or managed care organization
