What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and access
- Serve as the primary support contact for application end-users
- Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application
- Perform analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validate impacts to workflows
- Provide oversight and leadership to Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts on the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Epic Willow Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare-related organization
- At least 3 years of Epic build experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPhT Certification
- Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills
- Clinical knowledge of medication ordering processes
- Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, including dispensing and clinical monitoring
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
