What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Epic Willow Ambulatory analysts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee system updates, upgrades, and configurations within Epic Willow Ambulatory to meet operational needs
- Ensure effective onboarding and training of new staff members
- Measure team and individual performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with Help Desk and Product teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in team leadership and development
- Strong knowledge of Epic Willow Ambulatory applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in performance tracking and process improvement
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in pharmacy operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within healthcare or technology settings
- Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory or related systems
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience in resource allocation and planning strategies
- Knowledge of compliance protocols specific to pharmacy requirements
