- EPM System Administration
- Serve as a strategic partner to local and global accounting, tax, FP&A, and operations team members; including, but not limited to:
- Reconciliation and trouble-shooting financial/statistical data between systems
- Report development - Perform data validation, unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Developing / conducting end-user training programs
- Preparing the system(s) (scenarios, currency, forms, etc.) for a new year, month, and/or planning period
- Maintain metadata members and hierarchies within EPM application(s)
- Maintain data interfaces (mapping tables) and automation jobs between ERP and EPM system(s)
- Create and update all business rules, logic packages, and calculated members
- Manage security changes and report distribution lists within EPM
- Develop, implement, and adhere to change management processes and controls
- Support/lead future implementation projects for new modules, dashboards, etc.
- Coordinate with operations support team to ensure the integrity of financial / statistical data used
- Continually analyze business processes; seeking greater efficiency and effectiveness for enterprise-wide finance process improvements
- Serve as a strategic partner to local and global accounting, tax, FP&A, and operations team members; including, but not limited to:
- General Ledger Master Data Management
- Define and implement GL master data strategies, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
- Update all systems/mappings with new GL members and validate data is flowing as expected
- Maintain process to inactivate GL members that are no longer required
- Work with functional business unit team members to identify master data related improvement opportunities
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of experience working in an EPM product (cross-dimensional reporting/planning system)
- 5-7 years as an EPM administrator
- Planful and/or Onestream strongly preferred
- Knowledge of General Ledger Systems (SAP, Infor - Lawson, etc.)
- Analytical thinker with ability to collaborate and problem-solve with both internal and external partners
- FP&A background a plus
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; including Excel Charts, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.
- Experience with .NET, VB, SQL or some other type of programming skills is a plus
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
- Excellent verbal/written communication; ability to communicate information to a variety of groups at different technical skill levels.

Position Overview:
The EPM System Administrator is a critical role within Swissport’s finance organization; driving our ability to timely and accurately report and manage the performance, profitability, and risks for the company. The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our EPM application(s) and the management of general ledger master data across multiple systems. An ideal candidate is analytical by nature with an accounting/FP&A background, experienced in EPM administration, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global team environment.
