      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and execute marketing plans to achieve specific target volume objectives
      - Develop new equipment finance business through internal referrals and external contacts
      - Conduct prospect calls to sell leasing services and cross-sell other banking products
      - Gather financial and general business information for complex accounts and assist with credit decision processes
      - Prepare management reports summarizing leasing activity and monitor lease portfolio status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - 7-10+ years of related equipment finance experience
      - Strong understanding of leasing business development techniques
      - Proven track record of business development and meeting sales goals
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive network of outside referral sources for new business
      - Very strong credit and financial analysis skills
      - Previous experience with lease pricing software
      - Knowledge of off-balance sheet lease accounting
      - Ability to conceptualize and implement effective new business strategies
