      As an IT Functional Analyst, you are part of a cross-functional deployment & run team with the responsibility to deploy the designed "Global Template" which will enable Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) to move from current business processes and operating systems to common business processes, enabled by SAP. The role also includes supporting SAP live sites through troubleshooting, training, and SAP system enhancements. The scope of the Order Management SAP FIL includes:
      o Customer Master Data
      o Ecommerce
      o Pricing & Discounting
      o Quotation
      o Product Configuration
      o Order Acceptance, Manually, through EDI or the Web, Titan
      o Order Management & Expediting
      o Billing
      o Returns & Warranty
      o Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
      o Products and Projects and Services Booking
      o On-Time to First Promise Improvement

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Teaming and interfacing with the HBT IT and business teams as it pertains to all aspects of the Order Management function. This includes understanding the site business requirements and performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesign of order management processes, and testing to ensure conversion to SAP is successful.
      • Working with HBT Order Management leadership team regarding SAP capability, process & ERP changes, and SAP enhancement requests for building products manufacturing, products installation, and aftermarket services.
      • Completing key deliverables as assigned such as functional site discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, customer related data migration, and training users as outlined in the SAP deployment methodology.
      • Responsible for working with SAP superusers to improve their system understanding and roll-out of new SAP related enhancements and initiatives.
      • Help with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of day-to-day issues faced by the business.
      • Promote standardization of IT systems and best practice process adoption where possible. Must Have:

      • Bachelor's degree in IT related field or business administration
      • Minimum 2 years of experience with functional implementation and support of ERP systems (preferably SAP) supporting business processes
      • Ability to drive down into the detail of SAP application in order to problem solve and troubleshoot
      • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
      • Ability to travel approximately 25% to support project work including some international travel
