Job Description

- Expertise in any Service Management Module / Application
- Skillset of any ERP (Oracle / SAP) having business knowledge of FIN,SCM and Services
- Associates should be in onsite for getting training, and to train business and Key users.
- Should be part of Conference Room Pilot , UAT and Training
- Execute UAT and assist business users for executing UAT
- Triage between business users and project team during UAT for defect resolution
- Triage between users and project team for go live issues
- Participate in a war room
- Should prepare working instructions in word or xls
- Should prepare the content development for training users
- Experience in support work environment based on SLAs
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Flexible to work during weekend based on business requirements
- Should have experience in Finance or Non-Finance
- Preferrable to have infor Cloudsuite , Syteline experience or knowledge
