  BGSW Vietnam (BGSV) - Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
  BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. It is a fast growing company, to date, it has more than 3000 associates, offering end to end Engineering, IT and Digital solutions.

  In ETA department, we are partnering with ETAS (another 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH) to develop, deliver and customize AUTOSAR software solutions to internal Bosch Mobility Division, and also external Market. We are driving force behind the current major transformation of software in Mobility. We Empower Tomorrow Automotive Software.

  Job Description

  As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial part of team to contribute to these activities:

  • Be responsible as a main customer contact on a variety of topics related to AUTOSAR software development, packaging, delivery and customization.
  • Work closely with the customer to resolve open topics and align common goals
  • Be the decision maker on project priorities, conflicts and requirements
  • Handle quality and risk as per the standard processes in the organization
  • Oversee daily activities of system project teams, provide direction and guidance as needed
  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments
  • Promote team engagement, motivation and competency build-up. Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and determine essential training needs
  • Support Project Manager on engineering related project management topics and issues within the project scope
  • Responsible for establishing and driving efficient cooperation with other teams

  Qualifications

  • B.S or equivalent degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related major
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Development.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management processes
  • Excellent Resource Management and Time Management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-driven and strong inter-personal skills
  • Ability to build and lead teams
  • English proficiency is a must. Japanese/German proficiency is a plus
  • Experience in Automotive field is an advantage
