- Works with the CISO to strengthen Duly’s overall cyber-risk posture through technology investments, process improvements, etc.
- Directs internal teams and strategic vendors to deliver and maintain secure, reliable services
- Designs and implements strategic vision for enterprise technical architecture.
- Elevate operational metrics/KPIs for all service lines and drives process improvements.
- Ensures ITSM is used efficiently and effectively. ( e.g. Incident, Request, Problem , Change , etc ).
- Collaborat e with senior leadership to improve Duly’s top and bottom lines
- Build and develop a high-performing IT team, keeping skills modern and current
- O ther duties as assigned
- 1 5 + years of leadership experience
- 10 + years of experience with complex, cloud-based en terprise en vironments
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Proven success in Enterprise Technology leadership roles
- Solid technical background, with hands-on software development experience
- Exceptional listening and communication skills .
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI, GLBA, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 etc.
- CISSP or CISM certification a plus
- 1 5 + years of leadership experience

Responsibilities
QualificationsThe compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $146,000 - $220,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package
