Support strategic projects through implementation including change adoption, learning new systems, and developing, editing, and formatting communications, presentations, and deliverables.
Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data entry, report creation, forecasting, and analysis.
Enter contracts into the contract management system and assist with questions on processes and system functionality.
Support engagement billing processes including WIP management, data analysis, receipt reconciliation, and invoices.
Create and update spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports including data analysis.
Develop, edit, and format correspondence, letters, presentations, and proposals.
Research and document information using various Internet search engines and research sites.
Assist with planning of client or internal meetings, webcasts, or conference calls, including scheduling and communication, maintaining information, placing catering requests, and preparing and distributing materials.
Provide calendar management for client and business unit meetings, including scheduling and communication.
Assist with planning and preparations for speaking engagements, committee involvement and events, including creation of written and spoken materials.
Facilitate payment of invoices through accounts payable process and coordinate travel arrangements in Concur booking tool.
Support SharePoint content management and administration in managing multiple sites and document libraries.
Serve as a technology champion and early adopter to new applications, systems, and work tools.
Support special projects including working with others to ensure quality and timely completion.
Embrace collaboration with AS Business Support Admin team, enjoy working closely with others, and dedicated team member who can also work independently.
Five years or greater administrative experience supporting partners and directors in a professional services and/or consulting firm environment is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Highly effective presentation, meeting facilitation, and business writing skills including composition, proofing, grammar, and attention to detail.
Exceptional client service skills with ability to build professional and respectful working relationships at all levels internal and/or external to the firm.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, Outlook and web-based applications are required with PowerBI preferred. Working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and Concur.
Experience with producing webinars and using meeting technology including audio visual equipment, industry software and web and video conferencing is required.
Expertise using contract management systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar technology.
Experience using Workday or similar systems for engagement billing and with financial terminology and transactions.
Expertise with data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions and pivot tables.
Expertise with editing and finalizing proposals and with interactive/navigational PowerPoint presentations using graphics for content and design.
Agile and flexible with ability to demonstrate openness to new challenges, opportunities, continuous learning, and able to easily adapt to change and help others through change.
Strategic awareness and effective project planning and negotiation skills with the ability to balance and prioritize projects while leveraging others to complete daily responsibilities and projects.
Strong consulting, problem solving, risk management and technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to create efficiencies, leverage technology to solve business problems and guide clients on use of software, tools, and processes.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to manage data, identify and report trends, and make recommendations.
Ability to understand and strictly adhere to the quality and professional standards and procedures established by Crowe, including brand standards and guidelines.
Able to work flexible hours and overtime based upon project work and peak busy times. Estimate an annual average of up to 5% overtime.
Some potential travel associated with learning courses and annual business group meeting.
Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record.

Job Description:
This position provides administrative support to Partners and Directors in the Advisory Services (AS) Business Unit. The position requires extensive people, communication, analytical, organizational, technical, and professional skills, and ability to continuously prioritize multiple projects with a high level of focus on quality, accuracy, and confidentiality in all work products and communications. Reports to Business Support Admin Leader and is a member of the Global Services (GS) Team.
