- Coordinating meetings both virtually and in-person including external stakeholders.
- Managing complex, high-volume travel, including booking flights, hotels.
- Facilitating clear, brief, and productive internal and external communication and correspondence, ensuring requests are clearly stated and appropriate stakeholders are brought into conversations
- Presenting executives with suggestions to streamline meetings for efficiencies
- Understanding deliverables and upcoming meetings to ensure executives are appropriately prepared and schedule conflicts and resolved timely.
- Proactively working to gather materials and disseminate the information to leaders prior to meetings/calls
- Coordinate materials for meetings and presentations in advance in collaboration with Growth, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other key stakeholders.
- Assisting with planning, organizing and arranging ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Process timely expense reports for the executive team

- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to perform intermediate IT troubleshooting without supervision
- Excellent general office skills: computers, fax machines, printers, copiers, conference call set-up, scanners, mobile phone/email devices, organization skills, acting as a host for guests, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years business administration experience supporting executive leaders in a fast-paced, professional setting.
- $70,000 - $110,000 annually. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the team being supported.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for the Emergency Medicine executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be a supportive force, enabling our executives to focus on strategic goals by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and scheduling with high discretion and professionalism
The Details: This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity. Must be based in or able to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours.
