What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses
- Gather data on industry trends and best practices, preparing reports for comparative analysis
- Manage team calendars, preventing scheduling conflicts and ensuring timely client meetings
- Conduct data entry tasks, including preparing lead lists and transcribing audio recordings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree or any relevant certification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing and cloud services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Technical requirements: USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer meeting specified performance criteria
- Reliable internet service with specified speed requirements
