      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with indirect partners nationwide to drive mutual growth
      - Lead and develop a team of Directors, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability
      - Align sales targets, KPIs, and execution plans to drive partner performance and productivity
      - Collaborate with marketing to create targeted programs that enhance partner sales impact
      - Utilize forecasting and reporting to inform strategic decisions and maintain alignment with business goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in leading sales organizations and managing indirect/channel partners
      - Proven track record of achieving quotas and KPIs through effective execution
      - Strong foundation in telecom and business solutions including products and market dynamics
      - Exceptional executive presence with strong influencing skills
      - Bachelor's degree or extensive related professional experience
