- Area: Finance & Control
- Drive a compliant and efficient Fixed Asset Management processes across the factory.
- Play a key role in the CAPEX initiation process to ensure sound financial evaluation.
- Monitor the utilization of the approved CAPEX budget and provide insights to the Factory Leadership Team during annual CAPEX planning.
- Manage the complete Fixed Asset Registry in compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
- Compute and submit Factory Total Depreciation for dynamic forecasting.
- Act as Controller for maintenance and improvement budgets, ensuring end‑to‑end oversight of cost management.
- Act as Controller for Technical Stores, ensuring strong controls over inventory management.
- Drive General Ledger governance with accurate cost booking, timely provisions, and smooth period‑end closing.
- Ensure all Factory Balance Sheet Accounts are accurately reconciled and maintained to uphold financial integrity.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across teams to drive cost‑saving projects and enhance efficiency.
- Education: Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field withrelevant professional qualification in CIMA/ ACCA/ CFA/ CA
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in internal control or auditing within the FMCG industry
- Language skills: Fluency in English and Sinhala
- Other skills: Possess good organizational and planning skills, ability to lead with strong interpersonal skills and work with different teams
