Support with planning and execution of test drive events throughout United Kingdom
Accompany all scheduled appointments with customers at a Fisker Lounge /Centre + and Fisker events .
Scheduling test drives and guiding the customer through the order process
Explaining functions and features of Fisker vehicles , outlining the benefits and additional offers: servicing, financial products etc.
Maintain our CRM by registering and processing various data in relation to customer test drives in Salesforce.
Carrying out practical tasks to prepare and maintain test drive fleet e.g cleaning and charging vehicles, inspecting/reporting damage etc.
Creatively make suggestions of improvements to events and providing feedback to leadership.
Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory but considered a benefit .
Experience in hospitality, public relations, events or marketing
Strong organizational skills
Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic
Superior interpersonal skills
Creativity and innovative
Expert communication skills
Fluent English
Fluent in other European languages considered a benefit
Must have and continue to maintain a valid driving license and safe driving record

Role Overview
We are looking for a test drive event specialist to join our growing events team. The position will be remote, but must be in commutable distance of London to support with store functions . The ideal candidate will coordinate and support our test drive and store activation events. You will be responsible for ensuring a world-class customer experience through customer contacts and at events to build brand affinity with Fisker.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be a team player who is energetic, customer centric and passionate about providing an exceptional experience . You will have strong communication skills, able to build rapport and relationships with new people and understand the needs of a customer. The ideal candidate will be flexible and enjoy travelling to new locations.
