- Efficiently handle all enquiries from ANL & CMA CGM clients for their Exports shipments
- Act as a conduit between the customer and various internal departments (Bookings, Container Control, Sales, Space Management, Line) to provide timely and exceptional customer service to all ANL- CMA CGM clients following Group policies
- To be alert to vessel schedule changes or port rotation changes and proactively find carriage solutions which meet customer demand
- Adhere to all procedures within the Quality Management System and, where necessary, recommend alterations to the procedures in accordance with the system, to ensure reflection of current practices
- Co-ordinate, distribute and action sales leads
- Attend to incoming calls in a timely manner
- Tertiary qualifications in business, International Business, Supply chain/Logistics or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles
- Strong organisational & administration skills
- Good keyboard and computer skills with the ability to pickup systems
- Proactive approach with the aptitude to think laterally
