      Export Sales Co-Ordinator

      We are recruiting for an experienced Export Sales Coordinator with excellent working knowledge of Export principals and the impacts of exporting products outside of the UK.

      In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day export/ sales activity and administration within the company. In addition to dealing with and building relationships with international customers and affiliates throughout the order process.

      Main responsibilities:

      • Prepare all quotations for the Natures Aid brand at the request of International Sales Manager.
      • Prepare Export shipping documentation (Commercial invoices, packing lists, any certificates etc.)
      • Work in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs Officer to provide relevant product registration papers for registration.
      • Submit applications to the Chamber for certificates and EUR1’s
      • On occasion arrange documents to be notarised by an external body
      • Liaise with the Business Development Manager – International &UK, regarding prices to ensure margins are maintained.
      • Keep customer records accurately, up to date and in good order on the system.
      • Ensure all export and registration files are kept up to date with records of communication to and from customers
      • Apply for Health Certificates so products can be shipped legally
      • Check stock availability for export orders on a regular basis and provided any additional manufacturing information to customers when required
      • Obtain proof of exports for each shipment as a legal requirement, and scan complete orders onto the system
      • Support effective credit management by liaising with Finance team and understand collection of export finance. (credit control/ waiting for payments)
      • Issuing credit notes once approved, deal with queries, requests, complaints from customers promptly and efficiently and in appropriate manner.
      • Notify Customers of new products, product changes, delisted products, and price changes.

      What we’re looking for :

      Essential

      • Experience in a similar Export Sales role
      • Excellent working knowledge of Export and the impact of exporting products overseas
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Highly organised and ability to prioritise tasks Excellent communication and relationship building skills including stakeholder management
      • Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially, word, outlook and excel

      Desirable

      • Experience within Export Sales in the vitamin/ supplement industry
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central

      Salary: £25,000 – 27,300 per annum dependent on experience
