      The selected candidate will be the F-35 Keep'em Flying Agile Cell Scrum Master. This position will be responsible for driving the future of F-35 Sustainment by implementing data-driven improvements to enhance mission and maintenance capability by improving sustainment and engineering processes.

      Responsibilities include Improving Fleet Readiness, Increasing Reliability and Maintainability, enhancing maintenance capability, Reducing Maintenance Burden while driving to sustainment and engineering alignment.

      This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

      Experience in leading diverse teams in solving complex challenges

      Experience with investigating trend analysis of systemic issues and identify root cause(s)

      Experience in development of corrective action plans supporting sustainment improvement projects

      Be able to identify, prioritize, and monitor current and future initiatives that will improve systemic issues The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking and business acumen skills, be highly collaborative, exhibit exceptional organizational skills, demonstrate proactive thinking, operate autonomously as appropriate, and produce superior work products under short deadlines. Candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
