      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop long-term electrical infrastructure strategies and lead the design of electrical systems for new construction and major upgrades
      - Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all electrical systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations
      - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, reviewing and approving electrical drawings and specifications
      - Identify and implement energy efficiency initiatives, monitoring energy consumption patterns
      - Provide expert troubleshooting for complex electrical issues and support facility operations with training and operational procedure reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
      - 7-10+ years of experience in facilities electrical engineering or a related field
      - Deep knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and utility systems
      - Proficiency with electrical design software and building management systems
      - Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

      - Experience with critical facilities such as data centers, healthcare, and manufacturing
      - Familiarity with sustainability requirements
      - Familiarity with NetSuite and facility monitoring best practices
