      Job summary

      Are you an experienced Psychotherapist with experience working with children and young people?

      Join us at Marlborough House Adolescent Unit in Swindon, part of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to deliver specialist systemic therapy for young people with complex mental health needs. Our inpatient unit is set in a calming environment with access to outdoor spaces, supporting therapeutic work that values connection with nature as part of recovery.

      Main duties of the job

      • Providespecialist systemic assessments and interventionsfor young people, families, and carers.
      • Workautonomouslyin assessment, treatment planning, and discharge.
      • Offerconsultation and supervisionto colleagues and trainees, promoting systemic thinking across the team.
      • Contribute torisk assessment and managementin a multidisciplinary setting.
      • Delivertraining and live supervisionto staff and support service development.
      • Engage inaudit, research, and evaluation to improve outcomes.
