What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage field inventory strategies and coordinate with internal and external partners to optimize inventory levels
- Support inventory repositioning for urgent case needs and manage inventory accuracy issues
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to ensure timely product availability for customers
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts, ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Provide on-call support as needed and adhere to FDA regulations and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to travel locally and support overnight travel as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
- Interest in advancing to clinical roles such as Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills
