      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own sales budget targets for metrics such as new opportunities, design wins, and revenue growth
      - Drive all sales activities at 'distributor-led' accounts within the designated territory
      - Facilitate branch trainings and maintain relationships with local distribution branches
      - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to manage issue resolution and technical support
      - Conduct joint customer visits and lead promotional activities to boost demand

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales
      - Proven track record in sales performance and opportunity development
      - Strong understanding of sales metrics and forecasting techniques
      - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with distribution partners and internal teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with FPGA/SoC or ASIC design
      - Familiarity with programmable logic or specialized processing elements (microprocessors, GPU, CPU, etc.)
      - Background working with major technology distributors (e.g., Arrow Electronics, Macnica)
      - Experience collaborating with technology design firms
      - Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce
