- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal proficiency required).
- Experience: 2+ years in field sales or marketing, preferably in auto insurance or financial services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Florida's insurance market and agency sales experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Licensing: Valid Florida driver's license; Florida state insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain.
