      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide in-home installations, service, and retrieval of personal emergency response equipment
      - Educate and train subscribers and caregivers on product usage in a respectful manner
      - Process work orders and complete tasks on scheduled dates while ensuring service excellence
      - Schedule appointments with subscribers/caregivers within expected service standards
      - Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid Driver’s license with up to 75% local travel within a 100-mile radius
      - Ability to operate basic machinery and electronic equipment
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
      - Compassionate demeanor and patience when working with senior citizens
      - Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in in-home customer service or healthcare support roles
      - Familiarity with emergency response systems or home monitoring devices
      - Previous experience working with senior populations
      - Strong communication skills and ability to adjust training methods based on subscriber needs
