- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including in-person, virtual, and written formats.
- Lead onboarding, mentoring, and coaching to support employee development.
- Tailor training programs to meet the needs of different roles and departments.
- Assess and improve training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate on corrective training plans.
- Maintain training records, including attendance and assessments.
- Align training strategies with company goals through regular collaboration with leadership.
- Travel to field locations (60-70%) to provide hands-on training and support.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training, education, or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools.
- Ability to adapt training for diverse learners and styles.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care or healthcare.
- Travel: 60-70% travel to field locations; remaining time WFH setting.
- Hours: Primarily Monday-Friday (8 AM-5 PM), with occasional evenings or weekends.
