JOB TITLE: FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To supervise a small team of 3 people in processing day-to-day transactions for 3 entities
· Manage/ensure month end processes are delivered on time and in compliance with Petrofac policies, standards, and procedures.
· Ensure invoicing are delivered in prompt, accurate and in accordance with contracts.
· Ensure suppliers’ invoices are processed promptly and any discrepancies are feedback to budget owners for further actions.
· Ensure Accounts Reconciliations are prepared in a comprehensive and accurate manner to facilitate any adjustments to ledger (if needed)
· Ensure all payment instructions are prepared in accordance with Petrofac procedures.
· Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth running of the audit process and audited Financial Statements are issued in a timely manner.
· Support the Finance Manager with implementing budget management and cashflow forecast.
· Prepare financial statements disclosures in line with Petrofac Group Finance Reporting guidelines.
· Day to day mentoring of 3 direct reports.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· A bachelor’s degree majoring in Accountancy.
· Preferably a Qualified Accountant
· Good inter-personal skills with excellent communication
· Possess good leadership skills with great organization capability.
· Possess Oracle ERP experience.
