What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for key accounts
- Prepare and analyze variance reports to drive top-line growth and improve margin
- Manage monthly client and internal closes to ensure accuracy
- Interpret and implement contracts to minimize risks and ensure adherence to requirements
- Collaborate with client contacts and account senior leadership teams for effective decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Controllership, and/or Operational Finance
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- College degree with a major or concentration in finance, accounting, or economics
- Ability to occasionally travel to customer sites for work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA (or equivalent) or MBA
- Experience with JD Edwards/Oracle ERP systems
