What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for key accounts
- Prepare variance analysis and work with operations to achieve budgets and forecasts
- Manage monthly client and internal closes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Interpret and implement contracts to minimize risks and ensure compliance
- Maintain strong client relationships and support senior leadership teams with financial analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Operational Finance
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services preferred
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, general accounting, and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- College degree in finance, accounting, or economics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or MBA ideal but not required
- Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards/Oracle
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites for work
