What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for key accounts
- Prepare variance analysis and work with operations to ensure budget goals are met
- Manage monthly client and internal closes to ensure accuracy
- Interpret and implement contracts to minimize risks and ensure compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with client contacts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Operational Finance
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- College degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- Ability to occasionally travel to customer sites

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
