What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for key accounts
- Prepare variance analysis and work with operations to ensure budget and forecast achievement
- Manage monthly client and internal closes and ensure accurate reporting
- Interpret and implement contracts to minimize risks and ensure adherence to requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client contacts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of related professional experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Operational Finance
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services preferred
- College degree with a major or concentration in finance, accounting, or economics
- Strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities
- Ability to occasionally travel to customer sites for work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA (or equivalent) or MBA ideal but not required
- Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards/Oracle ideal but not required)
