Job Description
- Req#: 797044
- To provide financial accounting support to Country Finance & Service Centre
- To record, maintain, verify and execute transactions with a medium level of complexity according to process documentation
- Facilitate Financial Books close for the said accounting period, compliant with accounting standards & control framework
- Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations and ensure closure of open items based on analyzing financial records and co-ordinating with Country Finance
- Collaborate with Sub-ledger teams to resolve any accounting queries
- Ensure Cash flow template is prepared as per schedule
- Adherence to CCPs
- Provide support during external and internal audits
- Ensure timely resolution of queries through analysis and / or liaising with Country Finance through calls, emails etc.
- Strive & Contribute towards process improvement
- Participate in org level activities
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and T-codes will be an added advantage
- Graduate with specialization in finance
- 2-4 years in accounting process
- Ability to use the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP)
- Computer literacy, ability to use the office suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Accounting (Journal entries, Reconciliations, etc.)
