- Complete and accurate month-end closing for all business units operating in Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd.
- Legal entity reporting including finance data and reporting for group financial statements.
- Maintaining fixed assets register and IFRS16 leases within SAP.
- Approving payments on electronic banking system for Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd.
- Prepare and submit VAT201 returns.
- Risk manager for tax compliance enabling in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Co-ordinate and conclude statutory external audit including supporting notes to the financial statements.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and core values with a service mindset.
- Drive continuous standardization, automation, and lean processing within the department.
- Accountable for full operational accounting function with support of two Accountants.
- 8+ years’ commercial experience in a similar financial accounting position in a multi-national entity.
- Solid experience with IFRS reporting.
- SAP knowledge and experience required.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with numerous parties and across all levels.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Analysis and presentation skills.
- Ability to look at the big picture across end-to-end processes and implement successful solutions.
- Results driven.
- Adherence to deadlines, time, and priority management.

Job Description
Bosch is looking to employ an experienced Financial Accountant in their Finance department.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for amongst other the following;
Responsible for the overall Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd Operational Accounting service line. The service line includes general ledger processing and accurate trail balancing. This role also covers finalization of annual external audits, financial statements, group reporting on entity level as well as submission of indirect taxes etc.
