- Development of standard reporting, analysis, models and tools used to identify improvement opportunities and support decisions related to pharmacy network solutions.
- Extract, combine, and validate large sets of data from multiple databases to perform analysis and draw conclusions that can be used for reporting both internally and externally.
- Analyze and provide complete financial and risk analysis of modeling requests.
- Report information to management and decision makers. May create presentations and/or reports to communicate key messages and recommendations.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Document key processes and architecture of new and existing solutions and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Communicates effectively.
- Develop and implement and innovative nimble solutions.
- Continuous focus on self-development and the initiative to attack problems with intellectual curiosity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or Finance preferred.
- 2-4+ years’ experience in reporting, finance analysis and/or accounting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Good understanding of other Microsoft office products.
- Ability to utilize independent judgment and discretion to recommend solutions.
- Ability to build relationships with multiple levels of management and across multiple cross-functional areas.
Summary:
The Lead Analyst works within the Pharmacy Contracting Support team embedded within the Supply Chain organization. The Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling of pharmacy negotiations to align with overall pricing strategy. Utilize claims data to model financial impact regarding network participation in various standard and custom pharmacy network solutions. Communicates the results to multiple cross functional groups and levels of management.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 70,400 - 117,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
