      Agilysys is conducting a search for a Financial Analyst to join our Business Operations team. A unique role from the normal financial planning and analysis teamu00A0 make u00A0up, this role willu00A0 be responsible for u00A0working directly with various depart ments and team members across international offices for the process improvement,u00A0 end-to-end data ownership, data quality management, u00A0andu00A0 enhancement of global finance business operations.u00A0 This role will own setup, maintenance, validation, and governance of critical finance, customer, product, and vendor data used across the business. u00A0 This role will also directly support the creation and management of customer data strategically related to a major customeru00A0 rollout in u00A0process. u00A0

      u202FKey Responsibilities:u00A0
      • Contribute to customer and item setup process and customer master record data,u00A0 ensuring completeness, accuracy, and auditability of records , especially related to large, complex rollouts. u00A0

      • Perform detailed data validation, audits, and reconciliation u00A0to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and downstream reportingu00A0 needs. Identify , investigate, and resolve data discrepancies , partnering with Sales, Operations, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders to drive issues to closure. u00A0

      • Develop andu00A0 maintain u00A0 data quality documentation, process controls, and operating procedures u00A0to support scalable and compliant data operations. u00A0

      • Participate in the preparation of data driven presentations for executive management andu00A0 participate u00A0in the meetings as career development occurs u00A0

      • Financial research and analysis as required across HW and other various ad hoc requests to support the business operations team globally tou00A0 identify u00A0 trends u00A0 opportunities and areas for improvement. u00A0

      Requirements:u00A0
      • Bacheloru2019s degree in finance, accounting, oru00A0 another related field u00A0 required

      • Strong analytical skills with

        demonstrated u00A0ability to manage datasets, perform detailed data validation, and resolve cross-system discrepancies u00A0
      • Experience working with master data management, data quality, data governance, or operational data ownership in a finance or operationsu00A0 environment

      • Proficiency u00A0in Microsoft Excel,u00A0 PowerPoint u00A0and other data analysis tools

      • Detail oriented, self-starter, andu00A0 works u00A0with an investigativeu00A0 mind-set u00A0and capable of working both independently and as a part of a team

      • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment backed with the enthusiasm to meet and/or exceed deadlines and expectations

      • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the company, from sales reps to executive management

      • Must be able to be in the Alpharetta, GA office 5 days a week. This is a fully in person, in office role
