      Job Description



      Here are the top three skills/experience we are looking for:
      1. C coding experience
      2. Experience with firmware debug in Verilog simulation environment
      3. Basics of Serdes/DDR or Embedded firmware experience is a bonus.
      4. Intermediate level of Python programming skills



      RESPONSIBILITIES:
      Review design documentation and understand SerDes high speed PHY sub-components.
      Review and understand PHY sub-component sequencing and electrical requirement
      Implement sequencing and algorithmic firmware for enablement and calibration of various PHY components using C programming language targeting an embedded micro-controllers

      Preference & Skill Sets :
      Bachelor with 6+ years of Firmware experience around embedded u-controller in C is a requirement
      C, Python and work experience with assembly language is a requirement
      Basic understanding of SerDes or other analog/custom circuit is a requirement
      Firmware/programming experience in Serdes/DDR Digital domain is preferred
      Digital Verilog ASIC design experience is preferred
      Other valuable skills: Self motivated , Independent and a good Team player


      EDUCATION:
      Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Engineering.
      Computer Science degree with relevant experience is also sufficient
