What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and package lunches for the field program and lodge staff and guests
- Participate in menu planning, ordering, and receiving
- Plan and prepare staff lunch and dinner
- Perform dishwashing duties and daily deep cleaning tasks
- Assist with radio duty and support field operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education in the hospitality field preferred
- Food Safe Certificate
- 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining preferred
- Clear attention to detail and strong work ethic
