      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process daily deposits and perform account reconciliation
      - Post daily financial transactions and create requisitions
      - Assist with agency travel requests and maintain state vehicle information
      - Resolve payment discrepancies with customers and maintain telephone data
      - Perform other related duties as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current State of Connecticut employee with at least six (6) months of full-time service
      - Four (4) years of experience in complex clerical work in fiscal/administrative functions
      - Knowledge of bookkeeping, financial record keeping, and basic governmental accounting principles
      - Ability to audit financial documents and understand statutes and regulations
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with PeopleSoft CORE-CT
      - Experience with bank deposits and account reconciliation
      - Experience creating ePro requisitions and payment vouchers
      - Experience in customer service duties using both written and oral communication
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
