Supervision & Leadership:
- Support the Fitness Director in supervising fitness instructors and overseeing operations.
- Assist with staff counseling, performance reviews, and onboarding/training programs.
- Teach fitness classes and personal training sessions as needed.
Guest Satisfaction:
- Ensure guest requests and concerns are addressed courteously and efficiently.
- Actively engage with guests on the spa floor, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
Administrative Excellence:
- Assist with payroll, budgets, and inventory for the Fitness Department.
- Coordinate with vendors, IT, and facilities to maintain smooth operations.
- Be part of a team that values wellness and personal growth.

- Make a meaningful impact on the lives of guests and team members alike.
- Experience: 2-3 years in fitness or a related field.
- Education: Certifications in Personal Training, Group Exercise, CPR/AED, and First Aid.
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
