Job Description

- Select and evaluate the right flavor solutions in compliance with legal, costs, clients & applications requirements
- Manage the flavor solutions for the category and leverage best practices to anticipate the category's future requirements
- Understand the commercial needs for the category/market
- Act as the technical contact/support for the key category customers/markets
- Prepare and lead external/internal workshops and training
- Establish new protocols for use/stability of ingredients/flavors or laboratory equipment
- Lead scale up trials at customers

- Master or engineering degree in chemistry or food chemistry
- Minimum 5 years experience in the food industry (dairy and beverages development experience) is a must
- Good level of English – oral and written
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Analytical and methodological
- Strong level of computer literacy
Location - Aarhus, Denmark
Job model - OnsiteIn this role, you will develop new food and beverage formulations based on industrial standards and country specific requirements in the Sweet Goods and Beverage Categories, while balancing the compliance and legal considerations.
