      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
      - Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
      - Manage territory activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
      - Stay informed about industry trends and gather market data to inform sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales or customer service
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
      - Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
      - Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in educational sales or related field
      - Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders
      - Proven track record of success in revenue growth and customer relationship management
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
