      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the remote pilot in command, leading the project and ensuring safe operations
      - Operate large Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in the National Airspace System (NAS)
      - Develop and uphold operational procedures in collaboration with the Flight Test Lead
      - Train and mentor team members on specific systems and operational protocols
      - Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and operating approvals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum certification: Part 61 with the ability to obtain an instrument rating
      - Experience operating medium to large UAS from purpose-built Ground Control Stations (GCS)
      - Strong leadership or project management experience
      - Proven stick skills and ability to operate UAS safely and effectively
      - Focused training experience on specific UAS systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a leadership role within aviation or UAS operations
      - Additional certifications related to UAS operations or aviation management
      - Familiarity with FAA regulations and compliance requirements
      - Experience in training or mentoring other pilots or operational staff
