Job Description
What would you do?
You will be working as an administrative as member of SGS' Global Food team and these will be your tasks:
- Dealing with Food Distribution Centers. Stock and traceability management. Alignment of list of approved using Excel and internatl IT platforms tools.
- Maintenance and update of documents of approved food & packaging suppliers.
- Support in complaints handling. Re-fund procedures, product recalls and personal training.
- Assistance in other administrative tasks for the department.
Qualifications
We are looking for...
- Administrative profile with medium or high level of professional/vocational training, including computer tools handling or profiles with a technical (science or health) professional training.
- Minimum between 6 months and 1 year of progressive work experience in similar functions, desirable but not necessary in a science or health related job environment.
- Excel high level.
- First Certificate in English (B2 or equivalent) minimum or Spanish people who have been living and working in English speaking countries at least 6 months.
