To increase the size of our Operations department we are now looking forForeman camera construction (m/w/d)
in 2 shift operation.
What tasks await you with us?
- Timely control and monitoring of production orders, taking into account material and personnel resources.
- Monitoring of production quality in compliance with deadlines and target times
- Optimization of production processes according to the aspects of modern production methods such as Lean, Kanban, 5S, etc.
- Roll out and further develop (CIP) the lean methodology in the production areas
- Implementation and monitoring of occupational safety regulations as well as personnel training
- Follow-up and implementation of the management system objectives
- Maintenance and servicing of equipmentWhat do we expect from you?- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Successfully completed industrial-technical vocational training or experienced career changer
- Appropriate experience in the field of production and assembly
- Ideally with first management responsibility
- Willingness to take on responsibility as well as a structured and independent way of working
- High degree of teamwork, assertiveness and communication skills
- Distinct problem solving behavior and technical understanding
